Shipping: We always aim to offer fast and reliable delivery of your clothes. Our experienced logistics team ensures that your products are packed carefully and shipped with care. We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure your orders reach you on time and in perfect condition. When you place your order, you will receive updates on your delivery status so that you are always informed of the whereabouts of your clothes.

Returns: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return all unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original tags (attached to the item) and packaging and no evidence of wear, stain or odour should be on the item(s). Any item(s) returned that has failed to comply with the criteria will result in the return being rejected and goods being sent back to the customer(s).

Upon receiving your returned package, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange, excluding the original cost of postage and packaging.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Unfortunately, Pre Orders cannot be returned. But if you would like to change the size, contact us and we will fix it (If we have the new size in our stock)

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking id.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding the weekend and major holidays.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED?

If you received a damaged product please contact us at gravitygrabshop@gmail.com with your order information and a picture of the damaged product. So we can send out a new one.
